Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re way too busy working on your website or developing your apps, you scarcely have time to monitor what’s going on with your VPS server – if it is overloading or if all the processes are running correctly. With our Administration Services package, we’ll do this instead of you. Your Virtual Private Server will be included in a custom–developed server monitoring system and the second there is a trace of a trouble, our server admins will be warned right away.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of all your data is necessary – one never knows when something could go wrong. And having signed for the Administration Services offer, you can enjoy weekly backups of your entire VPS, not only of your content, without you needing to install or configure anything. Furthermore all the backup copies will be placed on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard drives. As a result your data will always be protected, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you will have total freedom to install any script or service on your server. Still, some scripts are more difficult to run and might require some extra configuration on your part. This is when our Administration Services package will come in real handy. It includes 30 minutes of installation & problem–solving procedures – in other words you’ll be able to literally employ one of our skilled server administrators for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of software that you want. Or have him solve a problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an extra feature for our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
